Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers Arranges Sale of 1501 M Street, NW, Washington, DC |

| Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers today announced that it arranged the sale of 1501 M Street, NW, a 170,311 square foot trophy office building in Washington, DC. The John Buck Company purchased the property. Bill Collins, Paul Collins, Drew Flood, Jud Ryan and James Cassidy of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented the seller, CB Richard Ellis Investors.
1501 M Street, NW is one of Washington, DC’s architectural landmarks with its two-story signature lobby rotunda, floor to ceiling glass throughout, and the distinctive 11-story glass walled turret which identifies the property and provides 270-degree views of downtown. Located on the corner of 15th and M Streets, the property is located just three blocks north of the McPherson Square Metrorail station. Originally developed in 1991, the property recently underwent a LEED-related renovation and releasing program bringing the property to 90% leased.
